Yes. They are the ravings and ramblings of a madman. No ideology takes 1500 pages to explain, and your quotes from it show what gibberish it is. The real worry is that too many on the far right will be impressed by long words and impenetrable text and view it as some sort of manifesto.

This text is way too long. I fail to see a question. But yes, it is the ramblings of a madman. Much the same as the ones from some lawmakers in Arizona regarding immigration legal or illegal.

there was a major problem/issue/neglect/stupidity on the first years if CCP (china as i’m not form US)
in one year they called it farm year ..or so..what it meant was that everyone was to farm and help make a loooot of food..of course in a state u dont need only to make food..
the mistake was the next year when they proclamed the iron year..and everyone got all their iron things from home ..were melt in factories etc…and all ,or almost all was in iron industry..but of course the previous year they hadnt produced the quota they said they produced so famine was all over country…there are the 2 bla bla..hope it helped

I think Americans have to learn a new word:

RESTRUCTURING. Starting with these businesses and working on up.

Eg:
